Blue Dog Catering is the brainchild of two Le Cordon Bleu graduates, Joshua Haines and Rachel Lutz.
Partnered with the creative minds at The Tomcat Cafe, Blue Dog Catering is an alternative to the uninspired and overpriced catering that Berks County has been subject to. Our catering menu offers a wondrous variety of foods packaged to your taste and budget. Despite our expansive menu of only the highest quality items, we are also always willing to customize a menu for your event. Our services are wide-ranging to meet your needs. Our chefs are hands-on and will attend to your event personally. Blue Dog Catering features homemade items made from high quality products.
We work exclusively with Boars Head meats and cheeses, Corropolese Bakery breads, Green Mountain coffee, and Certified Angus Beef, as well as respected local produce and seafood providers.
Our mission is to change the perception of catering in Berks County and exceed every expectation of our clients. Any gathering can be made into a wonderful memory with our help.
